We have identified a technical issue within the "Raku-Raku Software" of our CNC / Manual Lathe TAC Series. Our engineers confirmed that under specific conditions during a "Copy Machining" (Profiling) operation, the tool post may move toward the workpiece during the retraction sequence, resulting in a collision.

We request that all customers using the affected models review the details of this issue. Until a permanent fix is implemented, please follow the safety protocols provided and exercise caution during operation.
