Takisawa Machine Tool Co., Ltd (hereinafter "Takisawa")
recognize the importance of
protecting personal information in a
high-speed communication society and
is working to protect personal
information based on the policy
below. The term "personal
information" applies to information
regarding a living individual that
can be specifically identified by name, birth date or other entries in the relevant information.
1. Collecting Personal Information

Takisawa
will collect personal information through appropriate and fair methods.

In the case of collecting personal information, Takisawa will make clear the purposes of use beforehand, or send a notice or make a public announcement after the fact, according to established law. |
2. Use of Personal Information

Takisawa will limit the use of personal information to within the limits of the purposes of use and for reasons necessary to carry out business. The purposes of use for personal information
collected by Takisawa are as follows:

Providing follow-up service for products. |

Notices regarding exhibitions and new products. |

Providing personal information to Takisawa group companies when conducting joint sales and follow-up service between Takisawa and Takisawa group companies. |

Other uses made clear when personal information is

In the case that Takisawa jointly uses personal information with a 3rd party or consigns the handling of personal information to a 3rd party, Takisawa will conduct appropriate supervision to ensure that the concerned 3rd party maintains confidentiality. |
3. Provision of Personal Information to 3rd Parties
Takisawa will not provide or make public customer personal information to 3rd parties without receiving prior consent from the customer, except in the following cases:

When it is necessary to protect human life, health or property and it is difficult to obtain permission from the customer.

When consigning the handling of personal information to a 3rd party within the extent that is necessary to accomplish the purposes of use.

When a business is taken over through merger, division, transfer of operations, or other reasons.

When jointly using personal information between Takisawa group companies for the purpose of carrying out sales and follow-up services. |
4. Handling of Personal Information

Takisawa will preserve the accuracy of personal information and safely manage it.

| (2) |
Takisawa will devise appropriate information security measures to guard against loss, destruction, falsification and leaking of personal information. |
5. Disclosure, Correction,
Suspension of Use and Deletion of Personal Information
Takisawa will quickly
respond to requests from an
individual regarding the disclosure,
correction, suspension of use or
deletion of his/her own personal information, excluding reasons for which law prevents disclosure.

6. Organization/Structure

Takisawa will appoint a manager to protect personal information and conduct appropriate management.

| (2) |
Takisawa will conduct training for Directors and employees regarding the protection of, and appropriate management methods for, personal information and diligently ensure the proper handling of personal information in day-to-day business operations. |
7. Planning, Operation, Continuation and Improvement of the Personal Information Protection Compliance Program
In order to carry out this policy, Takisawa will construct a compliance program for personal information protection. This program will be carried out, maintained and continuously improved in order to thoroughly educate Takisawa Directors, all employees working for Takisawa and employees of cooperating companies.
