Piston pin hole oval + bell-shaped machining

This machine is capable of machining the pinholes in the pistons of automobile engines into a non-circular section. It is suitable for machining small diameter holes.

Inside diameter 3-dimensional machine with the integrated merits of CNC lathe and ultra-high speed machining center.
It can machine the pinhole, which connects the piston and the rod, into a sophisticated three-dimensional profile (combined profile of a curve like trumpet bell and an oval) at high accuracy.

The spiral scraping method developed on the basis of the world fastest oval machining function and the software for programming the high speed oval machining can easily machine even such sophisticated profiles. It is capable of finishing the surfaces almost up to a mirror surface.

The pinholes of automobile engine pistons can be machined into a non-circular and bell-shaped profile.
